Cancellation policy

Free cancellation

Cancel up to 12 hours before the session starts and your credits return to the lot they came from, with their original expiry. If that lot has since expired, the credits are returned as a refund lot valid for 7 days.

Late cancellation and no-shows

Cancelling less than 12 hours before the start, or not turning up, forfeits the credits. The venue held a seat for you, so it is paid part of the visit.

Strikes

Each late cancellation or no-show adds a strike. Three strikes within 30 days pause booking for 7 days. Strikes expire after 30 days. You always see your strike count on your profile.

If you were there

Check-ins can fail: a dead battery, no signal, a damaged poster. If you attended and were recorded as a no-show, tell the venue within 48 hours — staff can mark you attended or waive the booking, and no strike is written until that window closes.

Venue cancellations

When a venue cancels a session, every booked member is notified and refunded in full, and nothing counts against you.
