Do credits expire?
Yes — each pack is valid for 30 days from purchase. Unused purchase credits roll over into your next pack, up to that pack’s rollover cap.
Can I pay with mobile money?
Yes. MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AT Money are supported, as well as cards. Mobile money packs are prepaid; only cards can auto-renew.
Is there a free trial?
New members get free trial credits after verifying their phone number, usable at any venue for 14 days, up to two visits per venue.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires it. Contact support and we will look at your case.
